方形香水組裝線簡(jiǎn)介：
生產(chǎn)線為回型全自動(dòng)生產(chǎn)方式，共13道工位，分別完成香水膠體、外框、上蓋、下蓋、檢測(cè)等工序，實(shí)現(xiàn)全自動(dòng)方形香水裝配工藝。為滿足產(chǎn)能需求，整線產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)生1出4個(gè)香水成品。香水的4個(gè)組件均采用振盤供料，只需作業(yè)員按時(shí)補(bǔ)充物料即可。生產(chǎn)線的UPH≈3000Pcs/H，相當(dāng)于12人工的產(chǎn)能，大大提高了生產(chǎn)效率、生產(chǎn)安全，降低了生產(chǎn)成本。
